  • Make your own “Breakfast Taco Bar” which includes your choice of Country Sausage, Crisp Bacon Crumbles, Re-fried Beans, Scrambled Eggs and two kinds of salsa.
  • New Orleans Style French Toast w/ warm syrup and powdered sugar served with Scrambled Cheddar Eggs.
  • Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes (Original or Banana Nut) w/ Applewood Smoked Bacon or Country Sausage. Served with warm maple syrup and melted butter.
  • Fresh baked Quiche of your choice served with seasonal fresh fruit.
  • Pepper Bacon Scramble cooked in a seasoned cast iron skillet served with fresh cut home fries
  • Eggs Benedict made with thinly sliced Virginia ham served on a Puff Pastry with Croissants and Strawberry Butter.
  • Oven Roasted Open Faced Sandwiches on Gambino’s French Bread featuring either Cajun Roast Beef and Cheddar or Black Forest Ham and Swiss with all side toppings including lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo, mustard, and chipotle mayo. Served with Homemade Potato Salad, Bagel Crisps and Fresh Baked Texas Pecan Crisps for dessert.
  • Grilled to Order Bison or Turkey Burgers on Hawaiian Rolls with Homemade Sweet Potato Fries. Toppings Include: Bacon, Guacamole, Sautéed Mushrooms, Various Cheeses and Vegetables, Chipotle Mayo and ketchup, mustard and mayo.
  • Fresh Made to Order Southern Style Tuna Salad on New Orleans French Bread served with a soup de jour.
  • Oyster or Shrimp Po-Boys with all the fixings on griddled French Bread served with fresh cut fries.
  • Signature Shrimp Gumbo w/ Basmati rice served with Toasted New Orleans French Bread.
  • Fresh catch of the day:
  • Fried with Signature Tartar Sauce and Cocktail Sauce, Scratch Made Country Beans and Southern Style Cole Slaw.
  • Grilled Fresh Catch of the Day, Sweet Potato Mash, Baked Fresh Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread, and Made to Order Caesar Salad with Homemade Crotons.
  • Fish Taco’s (Fried or Grilled) – with spicy sour cream sauce, shredded cabbage, corn tortillas, thinly sliced jalapenos and avocados. Served with Black beans and Rice
  • Shrimp Diablo’s, Gulf Shrimp wrapped with Pancetta, stuffed with Serrano and Smoked Provolone, then grilled or baked, served with Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread and Green Chile Mashers.
  • Lightly Blackened served with Parmesan and Herb Linguini and Sautéed Vegetable Medley
